Snee Farm Kitchen
This 1982 home had a cramped, dark, and closed off kitchen that the new Owners wanted to open up into the living room so she would have a clear view of her children while she was working in the kitchen. Due to the structure of the home, we had to have posts, but we built them into the island design and covered them with ship lap to match the back and sides of the island. By moving most of the appliances to the sink wall, we were able to keep the island simple for the slide in-range and storage for all her prep and cooking needs.
