Jewelry Store and Residence

This project started off as just a space planning exercise and was later picked for me to design in a Traditional style. There was a handicapped resident living in the second floor residential area.  The first floor was the Jewelry Store he and his wife owned, which is also ADA compliant. I turned this project into a complete set of construction documents for my Construction Class including a Specification Binder with all interior materials used and material selections.
